Welcome to Danish Design Studios. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Danish Design Studios provides professional architectural and interior design services, including:

  • Design Phase: Plot study, Vastu-friendly floor plans, and elevation designs.

  • Visualization: 3D walkthroughs, animation videos, and furniture layout plans.

  • Technical Support: Detailed BOQ estimation and material brand guidance.

  • Execution: Site coordination, contractor drawing explanation, and quality monitoring.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, 3D walkthroughs, floor plans, and elevation options created by Danish Design Studios remain the intellectual property of the Lead Architect.

  • Clients are granted a license to use these designs for the specific project they were created for.

  • Reproduction or reuse of these designs for other projects without written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Quotations: Service fees are based on the specific requirements of the project.

  • Budgeting: For construction support, budget comparisons are typically estimated between ₹1250 and ₹2200 per sqft, depending on material selection.

  • BOQ Accuracy: While we provide detailed BOQs from footing to finishing, final costs may vary based on market fluctuations and site-level changes.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful project, the client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate plot details and project requirements.

  • Approving designs and material specifications in a timely manner to prevent site-level compromises.

  • Ensuring the contractor follows the provided drawing explanations and BOQ-based guidance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Danish Design Studios provides execution support and quality monitoring to bridge the gap between design and reality. However, the studio is not liable for errors made by third-party contractors or structural failures resulting from deviations from the provided architectural blueprints.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
